New member in Facebook Group

Finally.

Finally a member in the Exfoliative Cheilitis Facebook Group. I have been the only member for months which have felt both lonely and almost strangely embarrassing. I totally understand and respect the fact that people are not interested or not ready to join, but it is always nice to have some company in such a "public" place as FB.

Purpose of the group

Like I have said before, the main purpose of the group is not necessarily to chat, but to get an idea of how many of us there are in the world - right now - dealing with exfoliative cheilitis. This is impossible to estimate using the Curezone forum where people come and go all the time. There may be reasons not to join (lack of interest, the need for an EC-free zone, lack of energy, feelings of fear and embarrassment etc - trust me, I have struggled with all of them), but I believe this would be an effective way to get some data. Of course, a great bonus effect will be a sense of community - that we are not going through this alone.

So, fellow EC-friend, you are more than welcome to join. In your own time, when you are ready.
